1. Product testing
Before being put on the market, all Slimdoo® products are tested by an independent laboratory in order to assure they respect the current norms put in place under European law.
Slimdoo® can also give its customers a legal conformity guarantee (Please see Article 11.3.1 of the general terms and conditions) as well as a guarantee against hidden defects (Please see Article 11.3.2 of the general terms and conditions).
All Slimdoo® products are manufactured in Asia - the continent most associated with slimming and relaxation. They are designed and assembled by respecting precise specifications.
Whether your order consists of a wellness accessory based on magnets, stones or any other component, you are guaranteed to receive an object of quality. Our products are always well presented, most often in beautiful velvet pouches and sealed packaging.
In order to maintain a high level of quality, we have chosen to display our satisfaction rates in real time as well any customer reviews we receive. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire after receiving your order.

4. Secured payment
Slimdoo® has mandated renowned online payment platforms to provide ultra-secure management of all credit card payments.
Your bank details are encrypted using SSL and never travel unencrypted over the network. Payment by bank cheque is also accepted.
Your management interface - Absolusecure.com - allows you to consult a multitude of information (your invoices, your receipts, your order status...) at any time as well as manage any subscriptions.
5. Fast delivery with tracking
In order to offer you fast delivery of your order(s), all Slimdoo® products are shipped from France.
If you live in Metropolitan France, the approximate delivery time is 3 working days (if you are in the DOM-TOM, it will take 8 to 10 days).
For deliveries to other European countries, the approximate time is 5 working days.
For the rest of the world, the maximum time is 15 working days.
You will receive an email containing a link to the website of our delivery provider that will allow you to track your package step by step.
6. Customer Services
Our email hotline is open 24/7 at www.absolusecure.com (French and English). Our SVI is accessible 24/7 in 6 languages on +33 1 70 94 56 56.
For French speakers, our advisers are available from Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. And Fridays: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
7. Validated monitoring service
The Slimdoo® self-coaching programme (with follow-up/monitoring service) has been validated under contract by a state-certified dietician.
Among other things, it allows you to consult the tips of the day, low-calorie recipes, use the self-coaching module, participate in our slimming community, create your own shopping lists, share your dishes by posting photos via our networks, understand your ideal weight, calculate your BMI and many other things useful which will help you when it comes to your well-being!
8. French company
Our head office is based in Ile de France as well as our warehouses. All orders are prepared and shipped from France.
